TreeCreeper programs (Spatial and NonSpatial) support the taxonomic analysis of species assemblages
The TreeCreeper programs are tools for calculating measures of plant biodiversity.
The scientific lead on the project is Carlo Ricotta. The algorithms have been implemented in VB.NET code by Duncan Heathfield and Vesa Kivistö.
There are two versions: spatial and non-spatial. Both are available here for download as compiled programs. We will upload source code too, so that others can see what we've been doing.
